We keep this page short on purpose. The short version: you send us a story, we show the story, and we do not sell anything about you to anyone.

Who runs this site

kerfuffle.si is run by the person named in the Imprint. Contact: dinoyordanov@gmail.com

What we collect

• ▲Submissions. The title, story, screenshots, optional name or handle, optional link, and the AI named in your entry. Everything except your email may appear publicly on the site.
• ▲Email address. Used to send you the management link for your entry and, if you opt in, a note when you are outbid. Never shown publicly.
• ▲Payment data. Payments are processed by a payment provider. We never see or store your card number. We store the payment status, amount, and a provider reference.
• ▲Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to serve the site and keep it safe.

Why we may process it

• ▲To show your entry and run the leaderboard (performance of a contract).
• ▲To keep the site safe and fight abuse (legitimate interest).
• ▲To send optional notifications you asked for (consent, withdrawable at any time).

Cookies

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. A technical cookie may be set when you use the admin area.

Where it lives

Hosting: Vercel. Database: Turso. Payment processing: the provider named at checkout. All providers process data under their own data protection terms.

Retention

Entries stay online as part of the public archive. Email addresses are kept while your entry is on the site. Reports are kept until resolved. You can ask us to delete your email address at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Write to dinoyordanov@gmail.com and we will act within the legal deadlines. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
